Many of these are so true they hurt. They are excellent for lightening up a meeting or as icebreakers. However care should always be taken. The cardinal rules of humor apply and as alwasy, you have to know your audience.

If you mean Despair.com – it is a real destination with an amazing number of “Demotivators.” Well worth the visit.

Thanks for the link, i was looking for demotivators on verydemotivational.com but there are too few there.
